Carlos Delgado is a free-agent looking for a team to sign with before he retires. He played for the Mets from 2006-2009. Delgado was traded to the Mets for Mike Jacobs. After the 09 season he was supposed to come back to the Mets after they had a deal to agree on but they didn't get a chance. So then Delgado said if he does not sign with a club he will soon retire from baseball before reaching 500 homeruns.
